For these cute grilled cheese sandwiches, layer a piece of low fat cheese between two slices of wheat bread. Use a large heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut the sandwich into a heart. Chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 to 2 Tbsp.Old Bay seasoning
3/4 cup Low fat whipping cream

Add Old Bay seasoning to taste (2 Tbsp is a very spicy amount)
